I am using a dog house as a brooder and the heat lamp from tractor supply is way to big to go inside. I found a 8.5 lamp and 100watt ceramic heater. Would that be enough for them?
I do have the dog house door blocked off for now to keep the heat in. Also I'm in NC if that helps any
I've removed the dog heater out of it

Un block it and cover it with a panel made with 1/2" hardware cloth.
You DON'T want to trap heat in there. The chicks NEED ventilation and an area as close to ambient temperature as possible.

The ceramic bulb should be good enough. Make sure it is doubly secured and off to the side away from the opening/ventilation.
Does the roof line of the dog house have any additional ventilation? That would be very helpful.

That small doghouse is only going to house about 5 or 6 chicks. How many are you brooding? Are the coop and run done? Do you have space in there to brood instead?
