Our one hen who is about 10months old just laid a hard shell egg and then a soft shell egg with 5minutes. Now she is standing around with her eyes closed not moving. Any help?

Hmmm. Oftentimes soft eggs are due to calcium deficiency I believe. But it's odd that they happened so close together. What kind of feed + treats does she get?

Layer feed. Mealworms and scratch grain for treats
Cut way back on how many mealworms and treats you give.

See that she's staying hydrated.
I would also give her extra calcium for a few days (3-5days). Calcium Citrate with D3 (Like Caltrate), 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the pill in and let her swallow.

Any disturbances within the flock...harassing rooster, new additions, hen squabbling, changes in feed, lice/mites, worms? Any of these can also affect laying.
