I am going to say roo as well. He looks just like mine who is the same age. Mine has started crowing and trying to mate with the bigger girls (he is bantam lol). Here is a pic of mine and a pic of his brother as well.

Update: he is DEFINITELY a roo. He recently started crowing, which is the cutest sound I've ever heard, and today started trying to mount the larger hens. Lol they knock him off like he's nothing.
