Hi all.... ok I thought I knew the gender of my chicks thanks to you all However I went away for a few weeks and when I came home I am confused! One of my hens grew tail feathers that look like rooster tail... and one of my roos looks like he has hen tail feathers. Help me out with your expert eyes!! --- Thanks!!

So I guess some hens can have curved tail feathers that look similar to roosters? I started to panic a bit. I did not want her to be a he LOL

Tail length and form is different for each breed. Some have longer ones than others.
