2-3 week old chicks ok with no heat for a couple of hours?

We have 9 chicks about 2-3 weeks old and we lost power. They are right now huddling together. It’s about 70 degrees inside. Will they be okay for a couple of hours or do I need to firenup the generator

Got a hot water bottle? Even putting a teakettle in there with them would provide some heat and the heat itself will keep them at a safe distance until your power is restored.

At 3 weeks mine were in the coop. There are enough of them to huddle together and keep warm. They are fine. IMO

I'm in SoCal. My 2wo chicks are out in the coop on their own but it really depends on where superdeluxe is located.

Power company said it would take all night for the power to come back. So we fired up the generator and the girls are happy now
