2.5 week old chick with broken/splay leg?

Hi I just received some 2-3 week old chick from a local farm. They didn’t know what to do with the chick with splay leg. I’m hoping it’s not too late and she can still have a good quality life. I was going to do the straw splint?

It can eat and drink but only by dragging itself to the food and water. I will take pics when I get home from work. Thank you!

I just fixed splayed leg in my 1 week, now 2 week old little runt chick and she’s thriving. I did the rubberband method and tied two knots in the rubber band with both her feet in either end loop. Had it on there a week and she’s walking perfectly and has way more energy.
