2 month chick help

She is almost 3 months old not sure what this is from we checked for mites and lice being that some of our older chickens has feathers missing. We found no bugs of any kind. We do not have big roosters at this time. She is in a separate cage with 5 others the same age all hatched the same day. The others are fine. Please if anyone can help of what it may be. Thanks in advanced
