2 Month old pullets has mass on eye?

I was looking at my babies today and noticed one of my Whiting True Blues had a weird eye. On closer inspection, it seems to be a mass under the skin, right below the eye. Any ideas/cures/suggestions? Is it possible to lance it to get the mass out, as I’ve done with my dog? (Former vet tech). I’m unsure how to go about it.

It looks like it could be conjunctivitis or pinkeye that can be seen in some respiratory diseases, especially mycoplasma (MG.) But a few time here I have seen cysts on the conjunctiva. I would let a vet see it first. Do you see the small bubbles in her eye? Those are common in MG. You could try antibiotics such as Tylosin, Baytril, oxytetracycline, or Denagard, to see if it helps.
