3-4 Week Old RIR - Hens or Roosters?

Hello! New to chicks and BYC and would love some input. I feel like I've been going crazy worrying if I have a roo. We got these RIR chicks from TSC over 3 weeks ago and were supposed to be sexed. My daughter's LOVE these chicks. Charlotte is my oldest's favorite but I'm a little worried she's actually a he. Do you all see a roo? Thanks!

Haha yes! Except I let me two daughters choose their chicks names (Charlotte and Bella). I will stick with old lady names once we get more though

My chicks are named Cornelia,Millicent,Dorothy, and Elouise
