3 day Chick born w/ Bent Foot , how do I fix it?

2day old guinea chick broken? with foot/toes at odd angle. It was born/ hatched this way. I have tried tape to straighten it out for 2 days but it looks worse & got dirty. ( it was, born 3 days earlier than rest. Will add photos
Can it be fixed? And how do i fix at home? Thank you for any help
