3rd Annual New Year's Day Hatch!!

I couldn't resist opening the 2 eggs I had left to see if there where chicks inside. I couldn't see any movement, so I poked a little hole in the top, and both eggs died around day 18, around lockdown day. I didn't have any eggs hatch.

Luckily I asked a friend if she would set a few of her BLRW eggs in her bator because mine was full, and the power was off until about 4pm on Dec 11th. The power went out again for a couple hours a day or 2 later, I think it may have killed most of the eggs, when I candled at day 10, most eggs started, but died on day 2-4.

hoping I atleast get a few chicks from my friends eggs.

I would love a forum post of "what you want" so breeders can supply not only in auctions!

There has to be alot of breeders who do not post what they have? That ALOT of people would hook us up on! Like my farm lady who stocks my bator with 50 cent eggs !

I have 1 that I just had to "help" out CAN'T control myself! I actaully whelp my pups the same way ! My hubby callls me a control freak (makes me a bad hatcher !!) 10:12pm HERE

8 Chicks hatched, one still pipped, hoping he will make it out. keeps ticking its beak out of the hole, but there seems to be blood around the hole? We had one hatch right at 11pm, so it was new years in a different time zone, LOL!
