These chicks are 4.5 weeks old. I have 6, and am positive of the sex on 5.

I am 100% sure the dark blue is a cockerel, then pullers for light blue, black, and both solid chocolates.

The chocolate exchequer I am really uncertain about. It has a really large comb compared to the other in the clutch, nearly the size of the blue, but it is pure yellow with no red.

Anyone who's a bit more experienced with Seramas able to offer me advice on if this is a large combed pullet or a late developing cockerel?

I just keep hearing other Serama folks going "oh they are totally comb sexable at 3 weeks, they'll already be showing red at a month if they are roosters" and I'm having trouble given those parameters.

Chocolate being sex-linked sure isn't helping either on that front.

I believe @nchls school knows serama. Perhaps they will come by and share their opinions.

Otherwise I'm sure once you are more familiar with the breed it will be easier too.
Yeah, this is my first clutch, I know I will develop a better eye over time.

Just trying to make some holdback decisions and really can't until I know the sex of the chocolate exchequer.
