4 month old Ayam Cemani, Silkie, polish, and Cochin

I have 3 4 month old cemani’s I’m hoping to determine the sex. They are about 18 weeks (hatched 7/17). I’m leaning pullets. But would love confirmation. Thanks.
They each have foot rings, one blue, one purple, and one orange.

i also have a frizzle Cochin, black silkie, and a GL polish I’m hoping to sex. All about the same age as the cemani (give or take a week).

The cemani with the purple leg band is a cockerel. So is the one with the blue leg band. The other one is a pullet.

The frizzle looks like a pullet to me. The polish is a roo because he is already getting the crazy rooster crest. I'm not great with silkies, so I'm not sure on pullet or cockerel.

At 18-24 weeks wouldn’t they have bigger combs and pointy saddle feathers by now? Im trying to learn so just asking. The polish is 24 weeks and supposed to be a sexed pullet. The cemanis and Cochin are 18 weeks. The Silkie is 19 weeks.
