4 weeks old EE + Golden Commet (yellow) & EE + EE/game fowl - Hen or Roo?

the white chick is not a ee it has yellow eggs, it also does not look like a golden comet. the darker one I would say was a ee.
 
I hatched them from my own chickens, the EE rooster is my picture. My first incubator chicks, only two made it. I am sure of their breed. And it is actually yellow, the camera faded it a little...

EEs can have any color legs as they are not a pure breed, more of a 'type'.

Anyway, not sure on the genders, the yellow seems more roosterish to me and the darker one more hennish, though. But those colors could be either, and it is tricky to base it off comb on EEs.

I tried to check the wings at 2 days and saw only one row of feathers so I am afraid they are both roosters... I would love to be wrong... I have 6 EE + Golden Comet's in the incubator now progressing nicely ( I am trying to get ee's that lay nice BIG colored eggs like the comets.. I hope to get some with dark legs that are hens, to cross again to an EE.. :)
