5 month old Buff Orpingtons

I have 4 Buff Orpingtons about five months old. I have two that have large combs and waddles that are deep red. One has changed its behavior recently and always comes out to meet me when I go to the coop. The other is still mild mannered and submissive. I'm trying to figure out if I have a rooster, two roosters etc... no one is crowing or laying yet. Here are some pics.
