5 month old hen cannot walk, although looks healthy, eating, drinkng, etc. Please help

Hi there:

Out of the blue Saturday AM, one of my Dominiques was laying on the ground. Thought she was dusting, but upon further inspection, she could not stand up. Seemed otherwise okay. Have separated her. She is eating, drinking and can lean on her hocks so to speak, but cannot stand up and walk. She also laid an egg yesterday. No prior symptoms. Happened over night. Please help. I also have a video if anyone wants to view to help diagnose this hen.

Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Since she laid an egg yesterday, I would first look at temporary paralysis from laying, or having been egg bound. Start her on poultry vitamins in the water containing riboflavin (vitamin B2) Poultry Nutri-Drench does not contain that. Place her food and water close enough to reach. and keep her confined to a small area until she is better. Here is some reading about Mareks:
