5 Rooster What breed are they?

I ordered 10 chicks from Ideal Hatchery and received 15. They added 5 roosters for warmth?? Well, I don't know what they are. I guess they will be Sunday dinner. (maybe)

Anyone out there live near Cedartown, Ga.

I live on Sand Mountain in Alabama just up the road from you. My husbands people are from Cedartown. If I had to guess until they get older I would suspect maybe Silver Laced Wyndottes. I am by no means an expert. I would like to get one from you though if you decide to get rid of them and not eat them.

Silver laced wyandotte cockerels. They make nice meaty table birds around 5 months--not as much breast meat, but nice legs and thighs.

They are Silver-laced Wyandottes. If you decide to eat them, they should be nice meat birds. Though not as meaty/quick growing as Cornish X, Wyandottes are dual-purpose birds that get rather large.
