5 week old chick all of a sudden won't walk

He was fine yesterday now this morning he's not standing up or walking at all. His wings flap but he won't walk at all. What can I do to help him?
 
Aw poor baby! So sorry he's going through this, and that it had to be an emergency to bring you to BYC - but I'm glad you're here. Welcome! Hopefully some experts will pop in here with some advice, soon. Meanwhile, can you post a video? You'll need to upload it to YouTube and then paste the link here.
