5 week old chick can't walk

Hi everyone! My 5 week old chick has been to the vet at 3 weeks and I was told she had an abscess infection in her leg. She also has spraddle leg and was being treated. She is still being treated for both. The abscess is nearly gone but her leg will not budge. It's better but not where it should be. She's no longer in split position but she has no balance and her legs are extremely spread. Any suggestions?
