7 week old roo or hen?

This is a jersey giant. I'm guessing roo, as I see saddle feathers and his tail feathers are much bigger and fuller than his siblings. I'll attach a pic of one of his siblings suspected to be a hen (bottom pic)

also wanted to know what age i can put them outside? I was guessing 10 weeks to be sure

Looks like a pullet to me. It's too young to have saddle feathers. Those generally grow in after 3-4 months as they get their adult feathers.
 
Pullet. The comb is very small and pale. All chickens have saddle feathers, but male specific saddles won't come in for a few more weeks. They're definitely ready to be kicked outside.
