Ended 7th Annual New Years Day Hatch-a-long contest number 6 Gingerbread Contest

I took some of the the candies off and put them in a jar. Hubby loves gum drops.
I tossed most of the candies and fed the crackers to the chickens.

Next year I think I will try to make a totally chicken consumable house.
We do not need the sugar, they should not have it, and I think I can have just as much fun with pumpkin seeds.
Reminds me of the Corn Palace in Mitchell, South Dakota....covered entirely with seeds, grains and grasses!

Wow!
Do they have to set a lot of mouse traps?
If it gets hot... would it pop?
This could be a great setting for a tv show.
Like the place the Glmore Girls was shot, but include the corn palace in every show.
I has potential.
I'd watch it.

I've been by there a couple times, interesting place. Cool how they redo the design every year. The Corn Palace, Wall Drug and Mount Rushmore are some fun things to see in SD.

Wow that palace is cool.

I gave some of the gingerbread to the Ladies
the kids ate some and
the rest went out to the lucky opossum one night.

Mine went in the trash.

No goodies for anyone.
