Is this a male or female? We heard a crow from this little crew but are thinking this one’s a little cockerel?!

If his comb is bigger than the others in the group, then yes he's a cockerel.

Such a pretty variety! That comb looks awful pink for an 8 week old chicken though, so my guess is cockerel as well.
