Hi! What is the healers apprentice and what does he do?

A Healer's Apprentice is the Healer's successor when he dies. He trains in herbal medicine and natural cures under the instruction of the Healer, and once he is deemed worthy, he becomes a full-fledged Healer alongside the other Healer until the older Healer dies. Both ranks get a ton of respect.
