As a further note on this subject I would ask that if members see something offensive please use the "report" button. For the most part problem situations are dealt with on a consensus of opinion by all the mods. If you use "PM" only one has all the required information that is needed by all mods.

The "report" button, is a far better button to push than the "submit" one also.
