A question about ducks

I have one duck living with my chickens. My wife thinks she doesn't look to healthy. I have not seen a difference except that one of the hens picks on her a bit. she eats the same food that the chickens do and has access to water for drinking. would adding some lettuce help her? Again I don't think she looks sick but I want her to have everything she needs.

PS she lays every day to almost every other day right now.

if she's laying, oyster shell might help her out. she'd probably LOVE

romaine lettuce, peas, corn, or a little fruit. if you can post a poic, that might help
