Adding in to the big chickens!

Ok here is my dilemma:
I had a pen of dark cornish and white rock rooster for breeding purposes. Something got in and killed all but one hen. In my greenhouse i have a rooster. I just moved out some 2 month old baby chicks on there own that i hatched out. If i put a rooster and a hen of the dark cornish will they pick on them. I don't want to loose more chickens. ESPESALY if it was my fault!! I the dark cornish in the baby pen because there is no roosters in there and it will be pure dark cornish that will hatch out. I really don't want to put them in the wire cages for 3 months eather so please PLEASE REPLIE FAST. I need to get some more because they are a important part in my breeding program!!!

they should be fine with the chicks, just make sure they can get away from them ( a higher perch) or something . if they get to violent then you could try dividing It up
