It appears the Mrs. is getting attached to the cockrel,

soon as she got up this morning she went down to check on them. I knew she would....she can't help herself.

....and she was the one who was hesitant about getting chickens last year.

Nice looking chickens!! I can't wait til we get our new baby chicks this spring. It's thrilling to watch them grow and watch everyone hold them and care for them. The excitement is building!!!
