Advice for silkie hen

Hi I’m new to this site, I have a small flock of silkie hens all of whom are very happy despite currently being cooped up in doors as we have a bird flu outbreak in the uk. One of hens is currently sneezing not often just a few times a day, she is smaller than the other but always has been, seems perfectly happy in herself, not at pol yet. Droppings normal and eating and drinking well. Having researched could she perhaps have a respiratory infection? I have looked into vets etc but here they seem next to useless or stupidly expensive. I have seen many threads about vetrx is this worth a try? All antibiotics here need a prescription including the tylan for pigeons. Any advice would be grateful. Many thanks x
