My two girls are 2 1/2 months and They've been spending a lot of time with my Drake but they have not shared the same space without a fence between them because I’m worried they’re still too young to mate. At what age can I let them freely share the same space with my 1 year old drake? The girls seem to like him they spend every day side-by-side along the fence but I’m sure he will try to mate with them as soon as he has the chance and I’m worried they are still too young

He would likely try to mate with them as soon as you allow them together. I think I would wait a while longer.

I think he will as well. The girls seem to really like him, they start shouting whenever he walks away from them. (which isn’t too often) any ideas on how long should I keep them in a separate pen?
