Age? Sex?

Hi all, am new to chickens and just acquired my first "pullets" on Sunday. I was hoping someone could help me guess the age and sex of these two Barred Rocks. Thanks in advance.

3-4 weeks old. I'm not a pro but they look like my chicks a week or two ago in terms of feathering. Not sure on sex though. Good luck!

I would say 3-4 weeks also, and so far they look like pullets.
