Aggressive bantam rooster

I have one bantam rooster who attacks everytime I enter the coop. He isn't mean to any of the hens and doesn't fight with my other rooster just me (and my sister). He's just a small guy but it definatly hurts when he bites. Should I seperate just him so he can't attack me or will that have a negative affect? Iv tried holding him untill he stops being aggressive and that works for a little while but he still attacks everytime I go in the coop. And not only is he attacking but he is the only one who can fly up to the top shelf in the coop used for storage and he poops everywhere up there I need to keep him down from there.
