AHappychick your quail are hatching!!!

I picked them up in person from her. Shes very nice.
Its day 22 today. I broke open the eggs today after only have a few hatch. About half of them seem to only developed half way and the others were duds(no embryos at all). I'm not sure what went wrong. I kept a very close eye on the temp and humidity and used an auto turner. Disappointing to say the least.

Quail can be touchy little burgers.

Don't feel bad you do have some and that will I am sure out a smile on your face!

Quail eggs are unpredictable. Try not to be disappointed. My own
quail have given me great hatches and bad hatches alike.

Oh I am so sorry, I did not have the greatest hatch from them this last time either, I have since raised their protein a bit more. I can send 24 with Purple chicken to drop off to you if you want to try again. free of charge of course, he said he will be up your way this week.

No worries about getting new eggs. Thanks though, that very kind of you. I think I'm going to have a full bator with all the eggs I've been collecting from my own quail.

The chicks that did hatch are absolutely adorable! Their running around like little rockets!
