Almost no Egg laying and odd looking poop.

I have six chicken less than 2 years old. Almost all have stopped laying eggs last 7 days. I think I have gotten 4 eggs total and 2 of the eggs had a very thin shell which is not normal for my girls. I have also noticed their poop looks different, almost like mush roomy (bad description). It has a pinkish color to it. Any ideas? Not molting, no predators, no change in behavior or environment that I know of, and the weather has been great. My chicks are in a run until I get home from work then go in the yard until dark. Same routine.
