ameraucana or EE

Can someone please confirm what u believe to be EE's. My uncle keeps telling me they're Aracaunas, they were sold to me as Americanas. Also, are they both pullets? Or is there a rooster?

Both pullets, both easter eggers. Araucanas are rumpless and have tufts, and come in a certain set of colors, etc. Ameraucanas only come in 8 colors, have slate legs, beards and muffs, etc. EEs are commonly missold as the other two.
