Hello, I wondering if I put an amercauna and turken together will I get chicks like this? And do I do Ameraucana rooster to turken hen or turken rooster to ameraucana hen. Or does that not matter? I want the beard and the bald neck.

Yes, that cross will give you chicks with muffs and naked necks. Rooster and hen order doesn't matter, because neither of those traits are sex-linked.
