Those birds originally came from me. They are 3 way crosses of High Noon leiper, Mel Sims black and Miner blues.

The cock was a 50/50 cross of leiper/black the hen was a 3 way cross of leiper/black/miner blue

LOL All kidding aside, I understand what you mean.
Like I say, they are crosses from Havoc. He could tell you more about his lines than I could.
All I have posted today are Black/Leiper/Blue. My avatar is a Black/Sweater.
So all are crosses.

That’s cool I’m sure you enjoy them as you obviously take great care of them. To many want these birds but fail to take proper care of them. One thing I hate to see is waterers so green with algae and filthy water. I rinse and give fresh clean water every morning at daylight And ever so often I bleach them and clean them. Another is parasites in and out just gives me the heebee jeebees lol.

Be hard pressed to get your hands on “pure” anything unless you got or get them directly from the originator. And most have passed through 100 if not thousands of hands since then.

Well, then this line I would call "Black Chaos" by Havoc.

oddly enough Black Chaos was my stage name back when I lived in California and performed one man plays and interpretive dance on the history and keeping practices of game fowl....

eventually after 35 years I was run out of town for being a tremendous bore and first class gas bag, but not before getting sideswiped by Steve Martin in traffic, so it was all worth it.
