Just came upon this thread and learned a bit about the pros and cons of D3 in the calcium citrate. Very good to know! I was treating Dorothy for about a week each month for a few months with Calcium Citrate plus D3. I will get some calcium citrate without D3 to have on hand and save the stuff with D3 for times when quick absorption is needed, but not for long term use.
