animal conctrol left a notice

I was home, this morning,...never heard a peep at the door but my son found a notice later on that says animal control was here!! It is a notice and they want to me to call them, it has livestock information checked off. Ugh

We got a wandering dog notic but the humane society didn't even bother to call me back, they had talked to the nieghbor and asked if we really had an attack rooster as our funny sign said we did
