We have two Embden goslings and have noticed one of them seem to favor their left leg. Any insight?

His wings have also become raw in the in this time as well.

We also had them I n coffee ground bedding but have moved them to wood shavings. They are in a large 40 gallon tote.

Might want to put your goslings on Liquid BComplex since one is favoring his leg. TSC carries Durvet brand it will say injectable but we use it orally. When one shows signs of niacin def and yes even if feeding the best feed and using nutritional yeast for some reason they can still come up with a deficiency. Unless the little one injured his leg somehow but even if that’s the reason rest water therapy and liquid b complex will help repair. As for raw wing could the other gosling be nibbling?make sure on nice days they get outside supervised time to tire themselves out so they aren’t bored and nibble on each other. Here’s info and dose for ages. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/niacin-deficiency-in-waterfowl.1367557/
