I don't either and this is really off the subject but I grew up in San Antonio! I am missing Carne Guisada.

Do you know where I can mail order from?

Hey there Pedro. Love the carne guisada. Don't know where you could mail order any, but I know you can order tamales from Delicious Tamales. I'm sure that doesn't help.....

Terryc, College Station is probably the closest and soonest one as Michele said.

I've tried to make it like my sister does and it never turns out.

I used to work at the very FIRST Taco Cabana that opened...on Hildebrand and San Pedro. Drive thru! This was before they were all big and chain-like. LOL!
