Anybody losing any birds to this heat

I've lost two hens- One got up under a cage and expired before I found her and another hen I had that had nine chicks . The one with the chicks had a cover on her pen and it slipped off or some kids next door took it off or something- When i got home today The hen and 7 of the chicks were dead but they still had water - The intense heat killed them I guess -

I lost 7 five week old CX yesterday. I found them all piled on top of eachother; plenty of water and shade. The ones that were spread out were fine.

Sorry to hear that - The little boy next door lost his rabbit- I've been trying to explain to him that it happens sometimes when you have animals - He did everything he could to take care of the rabbit but he didn't know the age or anything so maybe it was old or something. and just couldn't take the heat.
