Anyone else seeing less egg production?

Been raising Australorps for years and this is the first year that i havent started incubating by this time. I talked with another breeder and he is having the same experience.
hows everyone else doing?

I have been incubating much smaller batches for the last 4 months. I usually set between 1 and 2 dozen a week after I sell hatching eggs. Last couple of months I am setting 6 to 8 eggs a week and not selling hatching eggs. It is very frustrating. Some of my hens are older (2 years) but quite a few are pullets that should be laying by now.

I can't figure out what is going on. Other than I bought a new cabinet incubator and a cabinet hatcher, with almost nothing to put in them. Its pretty sad.

Mine have actuallly picked up in production.
Set a total of 75 just the other day, all mine except for 9 eggs that were given to me.
