Morning! I have a sickly 13 week old rooster that I was going to seperate from the flock and treat with an antibiotic. I have Oxytet but am somewhat confused by the directions for mixing! I am looking to mix the antibiotic in 1 gallon of drinking water. If anyone has experience with this I would like to hear from you! My rooster is limping, one eye is slightly droopy, and he seems for lack of better words "out of it". I've only had this flock for 2 weeks and no other chickens seem to be sickly like this one.
