Approx age and when should they go outside?

They are going to be put out on the pond? I can just about guarantee they won’t use that floating house they will end up sleeping on the bank which is going to make them very vulnerable to predators. Have they been going outside to get acclimated to temps? I’d not put them out over night with that low of temps but on sunny days let them be outside some to get use to the temps.
I bought a house with a pond for my ducks and geese and the geese would never go to the pond. Silly birds. :D

Okay so I've been busting butt this morning but got a heat lamp out to their coop (as much as I really didnt want to) lol I feel bad that they are in kiddie pool when there is so much more room outside and a pond where they can swim and have fun. So I hooked up heat lamp, lots of straw, put chicken wire above the fencing (to prevent any hawks or owls). I think I've got it. What do you think?

As long as they have a draft free area that they can warm up in they will be fine, Is the pen predator proof? Do you have any snappers in your pond? Make sure the heat lamp is secure, wouldn't want their coop to burn down

Here's the inside of house and coop.

Is there a secure door to the coop? Raccoons can tear through welded wire as well as many animals who can dig underneath it.

Some are loving it. Some still aren't sure lol
