Dunno. I've never had pigeons. Guineas can be quite tame--but it depends on your definition of tame. Mine don't want to be picked up and cuddled, but they follow us around and when you sit outside, they come and sit near us.

i had pieons when i was younger and they would eat out of my hands just as th guineas. like everything else you mus spend time with them to garner their trust.
