Are my Belgian d’Uccle pullets mottled??

Hi all,
I got these tiny little Belgian d’Uccles as day olds and was told they were mottled (so would be black and white). They are now somewhere between 3-4 months old and are still all black. Will they get their spots as they get older/moult? Or will they stay black? I don’t mind either way, I’m just curious as most of my other hens were the colour/pattern they were going to be by this age but not sure if it’s the same for these little guys as the breeder was certain they would be mottled!

They are both the same colour it’s just the lighting haha one was full sun and the other taken at night.
