Hi and welcome to BYC - thanks for joining us. I'm kinda with redsox. I think that we would need to know the breed and have something with which to gauge the actual size. Either way, the look ok to me.

Agree... right size depends on what breed. They do look quite healthy.

Size is relative, without knowing breeds, ages, etc. they could be bantams or regular size.
