You can tell by looking at their saddle feathers. If the tips are rounded then it's a male if it's pointed then it's female. It's kinda hard to see their saddle feathers at that angle.
Those are pullets.
Too young for saddle feathers, those usually don't come in until after 10-14 weeks. But if they were male, at this age they'd have larger, redder combs and thicker legs. You'd also be seeing some darker red shading on the wings, and their legs would be getting longer.
