Are my three Blue Orpingtons pullets or cockerels?

I'd say (somewhat tentatively) all three are roos as well. My girls' wattles didn't really show until they were about 15 - 17 weeks old, and they stayed a light baby pink right up until 24 weeks before they began to redden properly. But I'm basing this off breeds that aren't Orpingtons, so maybe there is a breed difference...but that first one I definitely have no doubts about. Roo.

Here is some recent photos of them. I am starting to believe they are both roosters. They are 5 months old now.

I think those are roosters for sure.
