Are these all roos

Depends how old they are. The front ones comb looks suspiciously big and red for what I’m guessing is the age. It looks like one boy (front) and one girl (back) to me. But I would keep an eye on both.

Those birds are very young. You can even see some of the baby fluff on their faces. Therefore, one is a definite cockerel (the term hen and rooster only applies to year old and older) and the bird at the back appears to be a pullet
 
I believe that all my barred rocks are roosters but I'm trying to make sure before I get more.
All the Barred Rocks are cockerels. Anyone saying otherwise is incorrect.

Looks like a pair. Cockerel in the front and pullet in the back.
